How do credits work?
A full audit or an AI tool costs 1 credit (2 for the semantic war). Subscription credits renew every billing period. One-off packs are not reset. If an analysis fails for a technical reason, the credit is refunded automatically.
Does citation tracking use credits?
Not for the weekly monitoring included in paid plans. Manually re-running tracking costs 1 credit per 10 checks (one question asked to one engine).
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, no commitment: you can change plans or cancel at any time from your billing page.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes, all prices are shown excluding VAT. Your invoices are available from your billing page.
What is the Audit Pass?
5 credits for €29, valid for 90 days, no subscription: enough for a full audit of one site and four AI tools.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The Discovery plan stays free: 2 credits when you sign up, 5 tracked questions and the measured GEO score. You move to a paid plan when you need it.
